Service description

PrivateFlyNow provides charter brokerage and arrangement services. We connect clients with licensed air operators but do not ourselves provide air transportation.

Quotes and bookings

All quotes are non-binding until confirmed in writing by the relevant operator. A confirmed booking constitutes a separate contract between you and the operating carrier, subject to their terms and conditions.

Cancellations and changes

Cancellation and change policies vary by operator and are disclosed before confirmation. We will communicate applicable fees and deadlines as part of the booking process.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrivateFlyNow is not liable for acts or omissions of operating carriers, including delays, diversions, mechanical issues or force majeure events. Our liability is limited to the arrangement services we directly provide.

Website use

Content on this site is for general information only. Aircraft imagery, range figures and cabin specifications are indicative and not guarantees of availability or performance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable local law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before formal proceedings.
