Charter broker disclosure.
This page explains our role in arranging private aviation services and the relationship between you, us and the operating carrier.
Our role
PrivateFlyNow acts as a charter broker and arranger. We facilitate the connection between clients and licensed third-party air operators. We are not an air carrier and do not operate aircraft.
Operator responsibility
All flights are performed by independent, licensed air operators who hold operational control, airworthiness responsibility and crew authority. Operator identity, aircraft registration and operational details are confirmed before contract.
Pricing and availability
Quotes, aircraft types, schedules and pricing are indicative until confirmed in writing by the selected operator. Availability is subject to permits, airport slots, crew duty limits and repositioning.
Your agreement
When you confirm a charter, you enter into a contract with the operating carrier (or their authorised representative). Our fee for arrangement services is disclosed separately before confirmation.
